Burnout Society offers returns for store credit based on the order value paid. We do not offer credit for the cost of original shipping label or shipping insurance, and are not responsible for return shipping cost. Discounted items and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
Due to the intricacies of shipping and duties on international shipments, orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States are not eligible for return.
Before you request a return, make sure that:
- You have properly initiated the return procedure by writing to email@example.com.
- All products must be eligible for return. To be eligible for return, all products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with the original price tags intact, as well as the original invoice/receipt.
- Returns are postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be shipped back in a prepaid package.
- Please ship the item back in an appropriate box or bag.
Store credit will be issued within 10 business days from the return delivery date.
Any unauthorized returns received by Burnout Society will be returned to the Shipper.
Make sure to return merchandise to us via a traceable carrier and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back. We are not responsible for missing packages.
